We endeavour to despatch all orders the next working day via DHL (subject to stock availability) but please allow longer for busy periods.
A signature is required in most cases - so please ensure someone is available to sign for, and accept delivery, as parcels cannot usually be left in secure locations.
We cannot be held responsible, or accept any compensation claim for failed, delayed or non delivery of parcels, and although most leather shipments are delivered next day to UK mainland, the service is not guaranteed, so please always allow slightly longer.
